End-Term Evaluation of the Enhancing Local Authorities’ Contribution to Governance and Development Processes (ELACGDP) project in Zimbabwe.

Brief Description: The assignment encompassed data collection to sampled 12 Local Authorities (LAs), which were thus 12 districts in Zimbabwe. Reporting, which started with the development of the Inception Report was successfully done, which saw the development of the Final Evaluation Report and an Executive Summary report as major deliverables.

End-Term Evaluation of the Enhancing Local Government Capacity for Development (ELGCD) Project in the three regions of Zambia, namely Copperbelt, Northern province and Lusaka

Brief Description: Involved data collection in the three provinces of Zambia and the 11 districts as follows: Northern province (Kasama, Mpulungu, Luwingu, Mporokoso, & Lupososhi); Copperbelt province (Ndola, Masaiti, & Luanshya); and Lusaka province (Chongwe, Rufunsa & Kafue). Reporting was done which included the Final Evaluation Report and a three-page Executive Summary report as major deliverables. All the deliverables met the client’s requirements as per the Terms of Reference (ToR).

MAPPING OF POLICIES, DEFINITIONS AND PRACTICES ON INCLUSIVE EDUCATION (IE) AND EDUCATION IN EMERGENCIES (EIE) IN 9 MEMBER STATES UNESCO ROSA

Brief Description: The Director of Palm EvalRes Consulting was part of the team which undertook the mapping exercise in 9 UNESCO ROSA countries. The countries are Botswana, eSwatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. The major goal of the assignment was to identify, analyse and document the definitions, policies & practices on Inclusive Education (IE) and Education in Emergencies (EiE) and proffer actionable recommendations on priority areas & way forward and good practices for replicability.

RESEARCH FOR A THREE-COUNTRY PROGRAMME THAT FOCUSES ON INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY STRENGTHENING OF 30 CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS (CSOS) IN THE HIV RESPONSE

Brief Description: The Palm EvalRes Consulting Director was a Researcher on the assignment which zeroed on 4 areas: governance, financial management systems, Innovative programming and alignment to National HIV priorities (NSF), supporting CSOs in the development of IRBM compliant strategies. The capacities of CSOs were also built in results-based management.
