Mr Samson Marufu is a holder of academic qualifications in Sociology (First Class), Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) from Great Zimbabwe University (GZU) and the University of Zimbabwe (UZ). He has in-depth experience in M&E, conducting evaluations, and has vast experience in quantitative and qualitative research. Mr Marufu has notable experience in research, baseline surveys, rapid assessments, and KABP Surveys. The experience also includes designing research tools design, carrying out of surveys, needs assessments, mid-term and end of project reviews/evaluations. Has been closely involved in collation and analysis of data findings. He has also used techniques of real time data collection such as ODK and KOBO in quantitative data collection. He is qualified in research, M&E and project management, having undertaken these tasks in over 40 of consultancy assignments.
